Event Refund Policy

 

NCCE event cancellations and requests for refunds must be emailed to René Summers (rene@ncce.org). Telephone requests will not be honored. Requests for refunds received within 10 days of the event will not be considered.

In the unlikely event a conference is canceled due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, NCCE will fully refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations. If an event must be rescheduled, registrants, who are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, will have the option of receiving a full refund or applying the fee towards registration for another NCCE event. 

Eligible refunds will be sent within six weeks after the event has concluded. In the case of overpayment of conference fees, only overpayments greater than $10 will be refunded to the conference registrant upon confirmation by NCCE. 

Another person may be substituted for a confirmed registrant at any time but you must notify NCCE.. Please note that the substitute may or may not receive an updated name tag based on the time frame.

In the case of a check returned due to insufficient funds, a fee in the amount double the amount NCCE is charged by the financial institution, plus the original amount of the check, will be assessed. This fee must be paid by money order.
